Participants learned to understand the SIXT performance potential categories and use the skills of SLII® to help employees understand their own performance potential, identify appropriate growth activities and as a follow up to discussions, align on SMART goals during regular check-ins.

The participant was present at all training dates, showed interest and was able to add value through constructive contributions and questions.
